Meanwhile, India have climbed to third spot after two back-to-back victories against England in the first two of five-match series. England now stands on despair sixth.
Pakistan got three rating points in ICC ratings after they white washed West Indies in Abu Dhabi series which promoted Pakistan up to two ranks.
Australia tops the rating with 131 points while South Africa came second bagging 129 points.
