Qureshi apprised the governor about the problems being faced by the KESC. The federal team arrived in Karachi to look into the continued load-shedding in the city which has made life miserable for the people. Qureshi underlined the need to improve networking by the KESC. The federal team gave an assurance to the governor that the federal government will ensure the provision of the required petroleum to the KESC. He hoped that immediate relief should be in sight after the federal team identifies the problems of the KESC. He said this relief should also be visible in residential and industrial areas.
