Conflict between Shoaib Akhtar and PCB ended
ISLAMABAD: Federal interior advisor Rehman Malik said that the differences between fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar and chairman PCB Dr. Nasim Ashraf have been resolved and after that Shoaib Akhtar is leaving today for India to play the Indian Premier League (IPL).
On the exclusive directive of co-chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari, federal interior advisor Rehman Malik invited chairman PCB Dr. Nasim Ashraf and fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar at dinner at his house where he settled the differences between them.
On this occasion, Rehman Malik, Nasim Ashraf and Shoaib Akhtar talked with journalists at the residence of Rehman Malik.
Rehman Malik said that the conflict between the fast bowler and the PCB chairman has been ended and Shoaib Akhtar would leave today foe India to participate in the IPL.
