Package to re-define Judges’ appointment, presidential powers likely ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan People’s Party is all set to introduce the 18th constitutional amendment, which would re-define formation of Election Commission, procedure of appointment and removal of judges and presidential powers. According to Party sources, the date for the announcement of constitutional would be announced today (Tuesday). The party is confident that it would gain the support of Pakistan Muslim League-N on this issue. The sources said that 18th amendment could be tabled before budget session, which might be delayed the budget session. Law Minister Farooq H Naek and draftsman of law ministry Hakim Ali Khan met behind close door for four hours in order to prepare the amendment.
