PESHAWAR: Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan called on Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari at Zardari House and discussed various affairs including judges restoration.
The two-hour meeting mulled over the increase in the number of members in the committee established for the restoration of the deposed judges.
Asif Zardari apprised Khan of his meeting with Maulana Fazlur Rehman and his reservations.
It should be mentioned that Maulana voiced reservations over no-representation of the other coalition parties in the said committee. Therefore, the committee is likely to be expanded in a couple of days, so that the resolution being presented on May 12 for the restoration of the judges could be tabled unanimously.
