Fakhruddin quits as member of restoration committee

Updated at: 1841 PST, Monday, May 05, 2008 ISLAMABAD: Fakhrauddin G. Ibrahim Monday decided to quit as member of judges restoration committee. The former governor Sindh and well-known lawyers decided to dismember himself from the committee on difference with other members, sources said. Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim said he had reservations in connection with the committee and that is why “I have decided not to be the part of it.” He said Federal Minister for Law, Farooq H. Naek will be right person to say as to why I made this decision.
