PAKISTAN QUETTA: At least eight people including a policeman were killed in three different firing incidents in Quetta on Saturday, Pakistan Paper News reported.
According to sources, gunmen ambushed a taxi at Brewery Road that severely injured six men who were rushed to hospital but succumbed to their injuries on the way.
The other injured were shifted to Bolan Medical Complex, sources told.
SP Saddar Malik Arshad confirmed the casualties, however, their identities are still unknown.
The attackers managed to flee from the situation after the incident.
In another incident at Sabzal Road, one man was shot dead while a policeman was also killed in Shalkot that has pushed the toll to eight in the city.
