Sharea will be enforced within one month in Swat: Bilour
PESHAWAR: NWFP senior Minister, Bashir Ahmad Bilour has said that Sharea-compliant system would be enforced in Swat within one month.
Talking to newsmen here, he said that the process of dialogues in Swat was moving ahead fast and by this time two sessions of talks have been held and hoped that all the matters would be finalized in the third phase of talks.
Bashir Ahmad Bilour said that the people of Malakand Division wanted enforcement of Sharea and the NWFP government would enforce it in their area within one month. When quizzed, he said that the federal government has withheld NWFP allocation of Rs10 billion of development funds. Taking this stand that the previous government had utilized Rs43 billion funds, Bilour said NWFP Chief Minister, Amir Haider Khan Hoti has gone to Islamabad for holding talks in this regard.
