Cooperation to continue with any Pakistani government: US WASHINGTON: The United States has said the issues of Supreme Court judges’ restoration and political arrangements are matters for Pakistanis to decide and reaffirmed its resolve to work with the government. State Department Spokesman Sean McCormack said the Pakistanis themselves will have to address questions pertaining to their political system and was confident of working with the government for the South Asian country’s development. He said issues including how the Pakistanis arrange themselves politically, who is on the coalition, who is not and the questions about judges are “all things for the Pakistanis to answer. The United States, he stated, “will continue to work with the government on issues of mutual concern.” Responding to a question about meeting of US State Department officials with Pakistani political leaders in London, spokesman said meeting was a routine matter.
