Federal Law minister Babar Awan has said that after the 18th amendment, imposition of tax on agriculture has become a provincial matter.
Talking to the media outside the parliament house,
Babar Awan urged the Punjab government to immediately arrest those involved in torturing the lawyers in Lahore in compliance with Supreme Court’s directions. He also said that the Punjab government has failed to implement the orders of the apex court for regulating the price of sugar.He added that 19th amendment is the only way out to resolve the issue of judges’ appointment.
