SRK at a recent Kolkatta Knight Riders match was telecast on TV smoking, and this has made Anti-Smoking group to take strict against him.
The National Organization for Tobacco Eradication(NOTE) has issued a statement to South African National Council against Smoking (NACS) to ask the official broadcasters of IPL to not to telecast any footage of people or celebrities smoking.

Salman Khan who was traumatized by the public and media alike, by running down his car on some poor people sleeping on the road while drunken driving, and now Salman is doing a public awareness ad where he asks people to be kind and responsible towards the victims of hit and run cases.
A source says, “The ad talks about how people just ignore those who are in distress on roads when hit by someone. It shows a man hit by a vehicle who is left to die.”
Nikhil Saini who directs the ad says, Yes, Salman has done a 90-second ad with us. After the story unfolds, Salman comes to give a public service message. He is wearing ‘Being human’ shirt and he says, “Apni zimmidari se mat bhagiye. Responsible aur zimmedar logo ki zaroorat hai is desh ko.” The ad also has Vipin Sharma, (Darsheel Safary’s father in Tare Zameen Par) and Shailendra Gaur, in it. We are quite hopeful of driving home the point.”

Celina Jaitley has met with great success with films like 'No Entry' and 'Golmaal Returns' by sizzling up the screen with her presence.
Apart from her films, Celina's commendable work for gay rights has also kept her busy. She walked at the Gay Parade held in Mumbai but not many know what actually made her fight for the gay, bisexual and transgender cause. Celina revealed to Stardust Magazine that the first man she fell in love with turned out to be gay.
"My first boyfriend was gay and that's the reason I continued being a gay rights activist." The only question is how did she discover he was gay?
"I had newly moved to study in Kolkata and had also just started modeling. I met him there when I went to a nightclub for the first time in my life. We became good friends. He later proposed and I accepted eagerly as I had never been in a relationship in my life before. I got to know that he was gay within a couple of months but didn't know how to deal with it. There’s no denying Katrina Kaif has taken Bollywood by storm! Say what you want about her acting skills, but the mixed beauty has won over thousands of hearts. According to the latest TAM Adex study, Katrina is the only woman on the list of top five Indian celebrities who are popular around the world.
So who’s number one? Well that is of course taken by Shahrukh Khan who endorses a total of 21 products! Whoa, talk about a busy man! Next is skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni with Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan coming in third and fourth. Katrina takes the fifth spot as the only female with her peers Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor not coming close.

Shahrukh Khan Joins the Blog Bandwagon
He’s the King of Bollywood, and now Shahrukh Khan has joined some of his peers like, Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan on the blog bandwagon. For the first time we get to read Shahrukh’s thoughts straight from his own hands typing away on his keyboard on the Kolkata Knight Riders’ official website! As you may know, Shahrukh is in South Africa for the IPL season and he wrote his first blog after his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders, was defeated by the Rajasthan Royals in their last match on April 23. “When the season started, I thought I would write every couple of days to all our fans that visit our site.
Firstly, thanks for doing so and a special thanks to all who believe in the Knight Riders and support us as a team. Apologies for not being a regular at my blog or actually not even writing the first entry with the start of the season. So here is the first one.
I thought I would start the first write up by detailing the threshold and culture of this franchise. That would have been apt if we hadn't started playing. Right now, as I write at 5 a.m. in Cape Town, having lost yet another game, which we could have won, the heart is heavy and the mind is numb. umbo, the animated children movie is directed by Kompin Kemgumnird. According to ScreenIndia.com, Jumbo is actually a 2006 Thai film called Khan Kluay (Wikipedia) and is already released on DVD in the US as The Blue Elephant. It doesn't really matter, but I don't see why they're trying so hard to hide that fact. There's no information on the creators of the film on any Bollywood website. Anyways, the main character is voiced Akshay Kumar. It's to be released on Christmas this year, on the same day as Ghajini.
Well, now let's talk about the music of Jumbo. Can you believe this, the movie may be for kids, but there is not a single kids' song in this movie! I'm not saying the music is bad, I like the song Everything Gonna Be Alright, but it's almost gangster rap! Come on, it's a an animated movie about a cute little elephant who goes searching for his mom. But why the hell are there rap songs in there? When I found out about Jumbo, I was so happy for all the kids but I'm very said right. My complaint is not about the quality of music, but the fact that it doesn't cater to kids. Btw, the songs are composed by Ram Sampat. To all the children out there, sorry guys, you can stick to that song from Ta Ra Rum Pum for now. They'll maybe think of you next year.ul>

Slumdog Millionaire is the multi-Oscar winning film (8 Oscar, to be exact) directed by the British director Danny Boyle. But you already know that. How could you not! It's all over the news these days. However, I am ashamed to say I haven't watched it yet. The film is about Jamal Malik (Dev Patel) who grew up in the slums, becomes a contestant on "Kaun Banega Crorepati?". Other major roles in the film are played by Freida Pinto, Anil Kapoor, Irfan Khan, Madhur Mittal, Ayush Mahesh Khedekar and Azharuddin Mohammed Ismail.
The spectacular music of Slumdog Millionaire is composed by A. R. Rehman who won two Oscars (for best music and best song, Jai Ho). I don't need to tell you how good the music is. It's so obvious. Enjoy ;D - Dreams On Fire / Suzanne D'Mello

Billu Barber is directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Gauri Khan under the Red Chillies Entertainment banner. It tells the story of a barber Bilas Rao Pardesi (Irfan Khan) who lives in his village with his wife Bindiya (Lara Dutta) and two kids. When superstar Sahir Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) comes to their village to shoot a film, Billas/Billu tells people that he and Sahir are childhood friends for which he is ridiculed. The films also stars Om Puri, Rajpal Yadav and Asrani, as well as guest appearances by Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and Priyanka Chopra in item numbers. Billu Barber was released on February 13, so check it if you haven't already.
Music of Billu is composed by Pritam. There's a nice song by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan that I like a lot (Jaaon Kaha). There are a couple of other good songs too. I hope you like them.

I found got around to post Delhi-6, which so many of you kept requested. Sorry to keep you waiting. Delhi-6 is a film Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra who also directed Rang De Basanti. It stars Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Atul Kulkarni, Divya Dutta, Om Puri, Rishi Kapoor and Waheeda Rehman. Roshan (Abhishek) who is born and raised in America, brings his grandmother (Waheeda Rehman) as she wants to live the last years of her life in her homeland. Unfamiliar with Delhi and everything there, Roshan comes to learn a lot and in the process falls in love with Bittu (Sonam Kapoor).
Music of Delhi-6 is composed by A.R. Rehman (no wonder why it was requested so much). I hope you enjoy listening to them.
